Day 5

it’s not a busy day today. We slowed down a bit and enjoyed what the holiday should be like.

We went to the metropolitan museum of art in the morning. Weirdly but luckily run into several friends. It’s like over half of our former classmates  are in New York this fall break. We spent around 4.5h in the museum but still didn’t finished it at all. We only got the time and energy to cover the part we desperately want to see. China exhibition for sure. I felt sorry and angry for the fact that our treasure are here in New York. I don’t even want to think about how they get here.

Enjoyed sunshine on the stairs of the met. It’s so romantic. I saw this scene a lot in movies and tv. Now we are the main focus.

we only went in Guggenheim for the gift shop. But we can barely afford nothing. Sad…

Rest our feet in east Central Park. So many teenagers running. Many even took off their shirts. Good treat for the tired group.

I am on a bus right now. It has a bit traffic, like Beijing a lot. Missed it. Night will be in Times Square. A mixican grill first.

Stay tune for our next day.
